REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that at the moment we do not accept returns. But we will freely replace an item if it is defective or damaged when you first receive it. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com. However, if you would like a refund rather than a replacement for your damaged item, we can only refund half the price of your order.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only items at regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
